Benefits of Eating



 After 16 weeks, researchers discovered that the breadth of shrimps in almond-fed women decreased by 10% while their depth decreased by 9%.

 He said the results of the research indicate that almonds can potentially be a healthy nutritional option for healthy aging, especially for middle-aged women.
